  Asked for an annual service of my gas boiler. On completion was told that I had a leaking pipe which would need to be replaced and a rubber grommit fitted to the unit. Had to ask 3 times for a quote. When it arrived was based on 1 ½ hours labour. Appointment finally made 2 months after service. Received late notice (by e mail the evening before) that would be arriving 5 hours later than arranged. Work actually took 19 minutes! Piping did not need to be replaced – just a dab of glue applied (which could easily have been done at the service). Was charged £126 (inc £84 labour). When I queried the bill, Anthony appeared unexpectedly on my doorstep to complain about me complaining! Called me a serial complainer (I have never had to do this before) and repeatedly accused me of lying. Was very confrontational – I suspect partly due to the fact that this is a bloke in his 20s (I am 58) who is a lot bigger than me. I would NOT recommend.
