    There are so many positive things one can say about this store. I fully approve that they are employing local people. It is bright, clean and spacious. Easy to find your way around. Helpful staff but best of all hardly any queuing. It is encouraging to see that it becoming busier. Your special bargains are competitively priced. I spoke to Bethany and expressed how impressed I am. I wish this store the best for the future. Keep up the good work and I feel you will be with us for years yo come. Marit

  • Review of "ADR Plumbing and Heating - Wantage" at Wantage

    Asked for an annual service of my gas boiler. On completion was told that I had a leaking pipe which would need to be replaced and a rubber grommit fitted to the unit. Had to ask 3 times for a quote. When it arrived was based on 1 ½ hours labour. Appointment finally made 2 months after service. Received late notice (by e mail the evening before) that would be arriving 5 hours later than arranged. Work actually took 19 minutes! Piping did not need to be replaced – just a dab of glue applied (which could easily have been done at the service). Was charged £126 (inc £84 labour). When I queried the bill, Anthony appeared unexpectedly on my doorstep to complain about me complaining! Called me a serial complainer (I have never had to do this before) and repeatedly accused me of lying. Was very confrontational – I suspect partly due to the fact that this is a bloke in his 20s (I am 58) who is a lot bigger than me. I would NOT recommend.

    Stone had fallen out of my 45 year old engagement ring. The setting needed rebuilding where it was worn away by wedding ring.. Great advice about replacement stone, done in time frame I was given, phoned to say ring ready. Ring looks like new, couldnt be more pleased. Kind, courteous service throughout. Would definitely go there again. Cannot recommend them highly enough
